Banana Brownies No Sugar
These healthy Banana Brownies No Sugar made with oat flour have a light, cake-like texture, with hints of banana bread and rich chocolate flavor. Made without oil or refined sugar, these banana brownies are healthy enough for breakfast or desert!

- ½ cup sugar free chocolate chips
- ½ cup nuts, chopped: walnuts, peanuts, pecans
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ cup raisins
Equipment:
- Blender or hand mixer
- 8 x 8-inch baking pan
Steps:
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 325 °F/ 160°C and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a high-speed blender put bananas (3), eggs (2), nut butter (¼ cup). Blend until smooth.
Step 3
Mix the dry ingredients: In a medium bowl add oat flour (1 cup ), cacao (1cup), baking powder (1 teaspoon), salt (½ teaspoon). Whisk to combine.
Step 4
Incorporate the egg mixture in the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Step 5
Transfer batter into the prepared pan 8 x 8-inch.
Step 6
Bake for 40-50 minutes at 325 °F/160°C until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Step 7
Let brownies rest in the pan for 30 minutes, then lift out by parchment paper. Allow to cool completely before cutting.
