Avocado Tuna Salad

This avocado tuna salad uses creamy avocado instead of mayo for a fresh and easy twist on the classic. Make it a meal and roll it up into one of these yummy Corn Flour Crepes. A healthy fulfilling dinner idea!

Ingredients:

Tuna, drained 153 gr 1 can
Avocado, ripe 1 1
Celery, minced 2 stalks 1/2 cup
Onion, minced 1 small 1/4 cup
Extra Virgin Olive Oil 5 ml 1 tablespoon
Lemon Juice 5 ml 1 tablespoon
Cilantro/Parsley/Dill, freshchopped 15 gr 2 tablespoons
Salt, to taste 6 gr 1 teaspoon
Black Pepper, to taste 2 gr 1/2 teaspoon

Place all of the ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix with a fork, mashing the avocado and breaking up the chunks of tuna as you go, until the ingredients are well combined.
