Sour Cream and Garlic Dip

Ingredients:

  • Sour Cream - 250 ml
  • Garlic cloves, minced - 2
  • Lemon Juice, optional - 15 ml
  • Salt, or to taste - 3 gr
  • Black Pepper, or to taste - 2 gr
  • Dill, chopped - 5 gr

Steps:

  1. Preapare all the ingredients.
  2. Chop the Dill and mince the Garlic cloves finely. You can use a garlic press or zester grater.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the Sour Cream, minced Garlic, Salt, and Black Pepper. Stir well until all the ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
  4. Transfer the dip to a container. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
  5. Garnish with chopped scallions or dill if desired before serving. Try this dip with Vegan Corn Zucchini Fritters, crackers, vegetable sticks, or as a topping for baked potatoes. Serve chilled and enjoy your delicious homemade Sour Cream and Garlic Dip!
