Sour Cream and Garlic Dip

Ingredients:
- Sour Cream - 250 ml
- Garlic cloves, minced - 2
- Lemon Juice, optional - 15 ml
- Salt, or to taste - 3 gr
- Black Pepper, or to taste - 2 gr
- Dill, chopped - 5 gr
Steps:
- Preapare all the ingredients.
- Chop the Dill and mince the Garlic cloves finely. You can use a garlic press or zester grater.
- In a medium bowl, combine the Sour Cream, minced Garlic, Salt, and Black Pepper. Stir well until all the ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
- Transfer the dip to a container. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Garnish with chopped scallions or dill if desired before serving. Try this dip with Vegan Corn Zucchini Fritters, crackers, vegetable sticks, or as a topping for baked potatoes. Serve chilled and enjoy your delicious homemade Sour Cream and Garlic Dip!
