Healthy Oatmeal Banana Bread

Ingredients:
- Quick-Cooking Oatmeal - 120 gr
- Salt - 2 gr
- Milk - 250 ml
- Banana, ripe - 2
- Eggs, room temperature - 2
- Cocoa Powder - 25 gr
- Baking Powder - 6 gr
- Walnuts - 40 gr
- Dark Chocolate - 70 gr
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F / 180°C and line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a bowl, combine the oatmeal and salt, then pour in the hot milk. Let it sit for 10 minutes to soften.
- Meanwhile, mash the bananas in a separate bowl. Add the eggs and beat the mixture with a fork for about 5 minutes until combined.
- Stir the banana-egg mixture into the softened oatmeal.
- Sift the cocoa powder and baking powder into the batter and mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and evenly sprinkle the chopped nuts on top.
- Bake for 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the banana bread to cool completely. Melt the dark chocolate and drizzle it over the top of the bread.
