Brownies Bites No Sugar

Ingredients:
- Banana Brownies No Sugar Almond Flour - 465 gr
- Chickpea, rinsed and drained - 439 gr
- Dates, soaked - 20
- Unsweetened Cacao, for dusting - 40 gr
Steps:
- In a food processor add brownie (465 gr), chickpeas (1 can) and soaked dates (20) and blend until smooth. If the mixture is a little dry, add 2-3 tablespoons of the soaking liquid from dates.
- Using your hands, roll the dough into small balls (approximately 1 tablespoon) and place onto the prepared tray.
- If desired, roll the balls in extra cacao powder, coconut flakes, or chopped nuts.
- They are ready to be served immediately. Store the leftover brownie bites in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or in the freezer for up to 1 month, if they’re not consumed within a few days.
