Almond Flour Cauliflower Bread

Ingredients:
- Blanched Almond Flour - 200 gr
- Psyllium Husk Powder - 35 gr
- Cauliflower Rice - 125 gr
- Eggs, beaten - 5
- Baking Soda - 3 gr
- Salt - 3 gr
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a loaf tin with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Wash the cauliflower and cut it into florets. Pulse the florets in a food processor until they resemble fine crumbs.
- In a large bowl mix the almond flour, psyllium husk, salt and baking soda.
- Fold in the beaten eggs and cauliflower rice, mix until the batter is smooth.
- Make a slight well in the dry ingredients and mix in the egg mixture until just combined.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared pan. Smooth the top out with a spatula and sprinkle the pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds over the top.
- Bake for 55 minutes, until the bread is browned on top.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool before slicing
