Avocado Tuna Salad

Ingredients:

Tuna, drained | 153 gr | 1 can | |
Avocado, ripe | 1 | 1 | |
Celery, minced | 2 stalks | 1/2 cup | |
Onion, minced | 1 small | 1/4 cup | |
Extra Virgin Olive Oil | 5 ml | 1 tablespoon | |
Lemon Juice | 5 ml | 1 tablespoon | |
Cilantro/Parsley/Dill, freshchopped | 15 gr | 2 tablespoons | |
Salt, to taste | 6 gr | 1 teaspoon | |
Black Pepper, to taste | 2 gr | 1/2 teaspoon |
Steps:
Step 1
Place all of the ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix with a fork, mashing the avocado and breaking up the chunks of tuna as you go, until the ingredients are well combined.
Step 2
Finish and serve: Add more oil or salt and pepper if necessary, serve on your favorite Buckwheat Millet Oat Bread or Corn Flour Crepes.
